A: If oil leakage occurs during the warranty period, it can be regarded as a tacit
defect of the product. Provides 10% of the maintenance cost of the single
product value, which will be realized in the form of discount in the next order.
However, oil leakage caused by unclean hydraulic oil or high internal pressure
caused by blocked oil path is not within the scope of warranty.

A: It is very important to make sure that you are using qualified, clean hydraulic
fluids oils. The below following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
1) If the oil is not clean or not emptied after installation, internal smashed
caused by Filter clogging, etc, spare parts wear, oil leakage and other
situations;
2) If the pump body is dismantled or self-refitted without our permission.
3) If the nameplate cannot be provided, it cannot be proved that the product is
provided by DEKA;
4) If it has been clear to the customer before delivery that the warranty is not
guaranteed, but the customer still chooses to order;
5) Special offer and discount products;
6) Defects of the product are not caused by the product itself;
